Non-exempt (hourly) associates will receive 1.5 times their hourly rate for each hour worked, up to 8 hours.
LSM will observe the following holidays:
Thanksgiving Day (November)
Christmas Eve (December)
Christmas Day (December)
Hours worked on a holiday will not count towards calculation of overtime for the week
Eligibility:
- Associates must be with the company for at least 60 days prior to the holiday
- Associates must work either the day before or the day after the holiday
